Payments
The Naturana online store offers you the payment options described below. Please note: In case of a return, the refund will always be made to the means of payment you have chosen.
Klarna
Purchase on invoice
When paying via Klarna, you have the option to pay for the order later - within 14 days after ordering. If you want to pay an order with Klarna and you do not have an account yet, you will be redirected to Klarna directly after the order and you can create an account there. After the order confirmation you will receive the invoice incl. payment request directly from Klarna.

- Adjustment of the payment term
- Returns: Please register your return with Klarna to extend your payment term. The invoice amount minus the return is then only due when the return has been received in our logistics center. - Delivery delay: To extend your payment term, select the Problems button in your account under Orders. You can find more info here.

Please note that when paying with Klarna, Naturana's payment claim is transferred to Klarna. Any reminder fees will be charged by Klarna and are payable to Klarna.
Pay now
You have the option to make pay now. After submitting the order you will be redirected to a payment form. Enter your online banking information:
- Account number
- PIN
- TAN

Please note: You can only pay with Klarna for the shipping countries Germany, Austria and Netherlands.
PayPal / PayPal Express
PayPal is an online payment service provider that allows you to pay securely and easily. Your bank account or credit card is linked to your PayPal / PayPal Express account. To pay with PayPal you need a PayPal account.
When paying by PayPal / PayPal Express you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal website. Here you enter your PayPal login data and confirm the payment. After a successful payment you will be automatically redirected back to the Naturana store. As soon as PayPal has released the transfer to Naturana, you will receive a confirmation email.

Credit Card
For credit card payment, your credit card account will be charged with the invoice amount after the order is completed. VISA, Master Card and American Express are accepted.
To use credit card payment, please provide the following information:
- Card number
- Name of cardholder
- Expiry date
- Three-digit security code - CVV
You can find the security code on the back of the card. Please make sure that the data has been entered correctly to enable a smooth payment process.
Google Pay
Google Pay is a mobile payment system that allows you to pay securely and quickly. You can use Google Pay via an Android smartphone/smartwatch or Google Chrome. You can add your debit and credit cards as well as your bank account to Google Pay via PayPal.
Select the Google Pay payment system and a card you want to pay with. You can also add a new card during the settlement process. After successful card selection, Google Pay sends all relevant data directly to the Naturana online store.

Apple Pay
With Apple Pay you can buy easily and quickly on the Internet. One thing to note: You need an Apple device and the Safari browser for the settlement process. Add your debit, credit and prepaid cards to your Apple device.
In the checkout process, select Apple Pay and verify your information. The information provided and your card can be changed at any time. To complete the purchase process you need to confirm the payment with Face ID, Touch ID or your code.

iDEAL
iDEAL is an online payment service provider from the Netherlands. It is important that you have an online banking account with a cooperating bank. After selecting this payment method, you will be automatically redirected to your bank. To complete the settlement process, enter your account number and confirm your details.

EPS
ESP is an online payment service provider from Austria that allows you to pay securely and easily. First, select your banking institution and log in with your corresponding login data. You can then confirm your transfer using the TAN procedure. If the entry is successful, you will receive an order confirmation.

Bancontact
Bancontact a belgium payment provider allows you to pay securely. It is important that you have an online banking account with a cooperating bank. You will then be redirected to your bank to enter all relevant data. The app is recommended because all data is automatically stored.
